Malala Fund Girl Programme Cohort 2

Client/Partner: Malala Fund
Year of execution: 2023 - 2024

Project Summary
In the second cohort of the Fellowship Girl Programme, I took on a more strategic role: I was part of a team of three educators responsible for designing the entire training curriculum. Unlike the previous cycle, this wasn't about replicating existing methodologies—it was about collectively creating a new program aligned with the participants' needs and the Malala Fund's objectives.

In addition to curriculum design, I was also involved in the implementation and facilitation of training, ensuring that the content was worked on in an interactive, critical, and culturally relevant way with 15 participants from 6 countries (Bangladesh, Brazil, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Pakistan, and Tanzania).

Impact/Results
– Complete structuring of an innovative curriculum for fellowship training.
– Implementation of workshops that connected gender, education and climate change.
– Consolidation of an international community of young leaders committed to transforming their local realities.
