Project Summary
I worked as a consultant in the systematization and methodological evaluation of the creation process of the Brinco do Boi Network, a network of civil society organizations in defense of traceability and transparency in the meat supply chain in Brazil.
My responsibilities included developing monitoring and evaluation (MEL) methodologies, supporting the project's internal organization, reporting, and providing ongoing feedback to the team. I also contributed to adapting organizational processes, strengthening the network, and ensuring consistency and quality in advocacy work.

– Methodological consolidation of the Brinco do Boi Network.
– Support for strengthening organizations that work towards meat traceability in Brazil.
– Generating lessons learned for future advocacy actions in food systems.
